Ask for account transfer

I will give my account to another player. What should I do?

Open a ticket via the support link (issue bug requests) or write an email directly to community@xhodon.de . Content:

• Dedicated Account Name
• What other players should take over the account?
• Over what period should the account be made? (If no date is specified, the transfer once all information is available.) An account transfer takes some time.

I want to take over the account of another player. What should I do?

I'm portal players (eg Bigpoint, Gametwist, POPMOG), I can make my account?

No. Since your account Xhodon is linked to your portal account and you log on the portal in Xhodon, such accounts can not be passed.

Xhodon I play in several worlds. Can I give an account only of a certain world and continue to play in another?

No. For transfers, the account changes as a whole, ie all worlds, the owner.

Can I keep my old nick?

Yes. You play more with the same name. Nick Name changes are the earliest 1 month after completion of the transfer possible.

Can I choose a completely new name, if I take one account?

No. You keep your old name. Other players will know who they're dealing with.

1st For cancellation of your old account, you can transfer using runes runic transmission link to another account in any German world.
