A palace which is owned by a magician who is still in the newbie protection (beginner's protection, noob protection) can't be attacked. The protection will be released when he casts any building onto or over stage 10, or the magician reaches 5.000 points.
Only the first palace of every magician will have the beginners protection, any further palace will not get this protection. Even if a palace is protected, the player can attack other players, who don't have the protection any more.
