Runes are a valuable resource in Xhodon, because unlike normal resources, they can't be produced with buildings.

Purchasing

You can become runes by trading pearls with other magicians. With every magician, you can only trade one pearl.

Furthermore you gain runes by solving quests or through your family tree. You can also buy runes for real money.´You'll find more information therefore in the chapter buy runes in the article magic.

Important: You can find runes by sentinels in the troll world, but not in the dwarf world!
